Difference between Mapping and Mapplet

Mapping	Mapplet
Mapping is collection of source, target and transformation	Mapplet is only collection of transformation
Mapping is developed with different transformation but not reusable.	Mapplet can be reused other mapping and also mapplet.
Mapping is developed for what data move to target, what modification done upon that.	Mapplet is developed for complex calculation used in multiple mappings.
